At the end of 2013 her own TV show went live filming at Pinewood Studios. Business Sense EQ primarily shines a light on using emotional intelligence in business, with the view to helping Generation Y. TTA.TV. Sarah now has a family TV show called Family, Faith and Fun …the happiness debate showing 9am & 4pm every Sunday on Channel 7 (Latest TV). She is also due to be part of the radio presenting team at ‘New Wine’ for a week in July 2016 – being heard by the expected 17,000 on-site and on the internet.
For a year and a half she wrote a regular page in Platinum Business Magazine distributed throughout Sussex, plus Sarah worked on running projects as Head of Performance @ALC Global Health followed by Business Manager @Pilgrims Friend Society. Both were successful summed up in a heart-felt thank you letter from the CEO.
She holds a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and fully trained to use the Mindshop Intellectual Property – over 140 business problem-solving tools & processes for business and education.
Between 2012 – 2014 she served as Chair Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, Brighton UK. Sarah also served 5 years on the Executive Council Gatwick Diamond Business Association, retiring in 2013. During her time she Chaired “Talent of Tomorrow”, a sub-group set up to develop future leaders.
Much of Sarah’s time is spent in the boardroom, conference arena and running breakout sessions in the form of workshops, coaching, training, mentoring and facilitation groups. The Mindshop IP has world-class recognition empowering attendees with simple, easy to use tools and processes delivering solution-‐focused results.
For 1.5 years Sarah wrote a regular column on EQ for Platinum Business Magazine – and has also written a couple of double page spreads for global business magazine Ethical Boardroom.
Sarah has been working in the business world since 2005, her previous careers were nursing then teaching (Music) – completing all her training in Brighton and along the south coast of England.
She is a good listener, encouraging her sessions to be interactive – often with a sense of fun. Participants know they are being heard & understood and so engage, absorb and plan – walking away with a real sense of their way forward.

I am now a member of Shoreham Baptist Worship Team where they are contemporary, have fab live band/music plus an opportunity to be heard – and hear a great message. “Paul and I took up golf before marrying – back randomly playing now, including society days playing 28 off men’s tees.
“I adore music and sang for 3 years with one of the top 5 amateur choirs in the UK.
“It was an honour to sing on the River Thames with the Jubilant Commonwealth Choir for the Queen’s Jubilee. In 2011/12/13 I joined main choirs in the Royal Albert Hall recording Songs of Praise “Big Sing. Randomly I am a self-taught hairdresser – in the last 20 years I have cut hair for family, friends and homeless – whenever I have been paid the money has gone into the church.”
