Filming at Pinewood Studios, Sarah hosted her own TV show. Business Sense EQ primarily shines a light on using Business EQ to win – using emotional intelligence in business – helping Generation Y. TTA.TV Also, “Family, Faith and Fun… the happiness debate” was launched Easter Sunday 2015 – televised every Sunday (including repeats) on Latest TV Brighton

For 1.5 years Sarah wrote a regular column on EQ for Platinum Business Magazine – and has also written a couple of double page spread’s on EQ for global magazine Ethical Boardroom.

She holds a Diploma in Neuro-­Linguistic Programming and trained to use the Mindshop Intellectual Property – over 140 business problem-solving tools & processes for business and education.

Sarah served as Chair Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, Brighton UK in 2012 – 2014.

She also served 5 years on the Executive Council Gatwick Diamond Business Association, retiring in 2013. During her service she Chaired “Talent of Tomorrow”, a sub-group set up to develop future leaders.

Much of Sarah’s time is spent in the boardroom, conference arena and running breakout sessions in the form of workshops, coaching, training, mentoring and facilitation groups. Sarah has been working in the business world since 2005, her previous careers were nursing then teaching (Music) – completing all her training in Brighton and along the south coast of England.

These past careers have enable Sarah to be a good listener as she encourages her sessions to be interactive often with a sense of fun. Participants know they are being heard & understood and so engage, absorb and plan walking away with a real sense of their way forward.

In 2014 Sarah dined at the Carlton Club in London involved in discussions at the highest level. (She has now been invited to join monthly discussion in the House of Lords)
